What you need to get setup:

We are currently only accepting carriers who are operating OTR or Regional. We also require that our carriers maintain a $1,000,000 auto-liability & $100,000 cargo insurance coverage

 

• Authority Certificate ​

• Signed W9 (current tax year)

• Signed Carrier Agreement Form 

• Certificate of Insurance

• NOA (Notice of Assignment Form)
